Alltogether Yoga Kids yoga 6-12 years

In her Kids Yoga class Tanja focuses on yoga poses and alignment through stories, fun facts, yoga journeys to different cultures and countries and age group appropriate games.
For example a session theme could be to explore where yoga comes from, learning about India. Tanja always includes breath work, mindfulness and relaxation as they are an important part of yoga and have so many benefits for children.

In class children are also encouraged to use their creativity and body awareness for example by coming up with their own poses. By reading yoga stories together relating to how we can be good to ourselves (coping with emotions, stress relief, healthy eating) or by looking at how we can help the world we live in to be a better place (taking care of the environment, recycling, being compassionate to others) Tanja integrates yoga philosophy in a playful way. KidsYoga in German – Zoom

Lets do Kids Yoga in German 🙂 for Kids from 5-10 who are bilingual German/English, or only speak German, this yoga class is in German language. The idea is to get to know other bilingual children outside of school who also live in Ireland and for German children to get the chance to join in an online class to make friends in Ireland.

Tanja, die gebürtig aus Deutschland kommt und jetzt schon viele Jahre in Irland gelebt hat,bietet denselben Yoga Kurs (siehe oben) für Kinder auch in deutscher Sprache an. Der Kurs ist für Kinder gedacht, die zum Beispiel zweisprachig sind und in Irland leben und sich so ausserhalb der Schule kennenlernen können und ihr Deutsch üben können oder Kinder, die in Deutschland leben und Lust haben online mitzumachen und Kinder kennenzulernen, die in Irland mitmachen.

Yoga unterstützt Kinder in ihrer Regenerationskraft und schafft einen positiven Ausgleich zu den heutigen Anforderungen des Alltags.
In Tanja’s Kinderyoga werden die Kinder ermutigt kreativ, selbstbewusst und auf spielerische Art Yoga zu lernen, sensibel mit dem eigenen Körper und seinen Emotionen umzugehe und auf sich selbst und andere achtzugeben. Durch diese Erfahrung haben Kinder die Möglichkeit mit sich selbst in Einklang zu kommen und sich positiv zu entwickeln.

Das Erlernen von Yogastellungen wie zum Beispiel „Baum, Held, Katze oder Mond“ durch Spiele, Lieder, und Geschichten macht den Kindern Spaß. Sie können ihrem
Bewegungsdrang einmal anders Ausdruck verleihen und ihre Empfindungen lernen
wahrzunehmen.

Die Yogaübungen werden in (ent)spannende Geschichten verpackt und spielerisch
umgesetzt. Neben vielen Ritualen, die den Kindern Sicherheit geben, wird die Methode durch rhythmisch – musikalische Erziehung, progressive Muskelentspannung, autogenes Training, Sozial -Kompetenz – Training und Fantasiereisen abgerundet.

In the class we will practice gentle yoga poses to address common tension areas in the body (shoulders, neck, back) and help with flexibility and balance. Not only that but we will learn how to regulate emotions and release stress with specific easy breath techniques as well as help with being able to let go and bring back ease during deep relaxation. Everything you need in the space of an hour to leave you feeling balanced and being able to take on the world again. Mindful Yoga

Develop the skill of mindfulness with this gentle practice. This class will suit you if you enjoy slow yoga, or if you are new to yoga. You will beinstructed in the basics of hatha yoga postures, breathing and relaxation, with an emphasis on non-striving. Sound Yoga

Sound yoga is a gentle but powerful way to help reduce physical,emotional and mental stress and tension and to connect to your own natural rhythm. Using therapeutic singing bowls during yoga, we experience an amazing effect. The healing sound vibration travels deep into our muscles, fascia and organs, massaging them while we are holding the pose. The heart rhythm is calmed, we relax deeply and feel inner joy.
